Updates:
- Improved the Burson EzyParts integration by simplifying how parts orders are placed. Parts can now be searched for and added to a quote directly within Burson and returned to the invoice, without needing to switch to a separate desktop application.
- Implemented an underlying technical improvement to how new trial sign-ups are linked to their account records, improving the accuracy of account data used for support.
- Updated email domain verification so that SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records are now generated and provided automatically once a domain is verified, removing the need to wait for these to be issued manually.
- Resolved an issue where the option to request payment via SMS through Workshop PAY was unavailable. A Request Payment toggle is now available in the SMS invoice window, the same as it already is for email.
- Adjusted the position of the WPAY icon within POS integration settings, moving it to the top of the list to make it easier to find.
- Enhanced the underlying technology behind file uploads used for company logos, public booking branding images and advertisements, improving reliability when uploading these images.
- Implemented an underlying technical upgrade to the Communication Center module to improve reliability and performance.
- Corrected an issue where processing a bulk terminal payment across multiple invoices could leave one invoice with a small outstanding balance due to a surcharge rounding discrepancy. All invoices included in a bulk terminal payment will now be closed in full.
- Fixed a rounding issue that could cause a 1 cent difference between invoice totals in Workshop Software and Xero when a WorkshopPay or Stripe surcharge was applied. Invoice totals will now match exactly between the two systems.
- Resolved an issue where selecting a product not shown in the initial search suggestions could cause it to be duplicated on an invoice. Products will now be added correctly without duplication.
