Release Notes 14/06/2026

New Feature:
  • Expanded WorkshopData with a new Electronics category, giving workshops access to comfort electronics and Vehicle Electronics Smart Assistant (VESA) system data including wiring diagrams, CAN Bus overviews, component information, ECU connectors & pins, related parts lookups, and advanced location data.

Updates:
  • Updated WorkshopData with expanded repair data including timing belt and replacement intervals, wear parts, maintenance parts (including mandatory maintenance parts), OE codes and AW numbers within repair times, and parts linked directly to technical drawings.
  • Implemented fault code lookups and diagnostics connector data in WorkshopData to help identify and diagnose vehicle issues more efficiently.
  • Added fuses & relays/locations data and VESA/comfort wiring information to WorkshopData.
  • Improved WorkshopData to include VESA Repair Manuals and related parts via generic article lookups, making it easier to find the right repair procedures and associated components.
  • Updated the subscription upgrade experience with a side-by-side comparison of monthly and yearly pricing using live, up-to-date prices — making it easier to compare options before upgrading.
  • Fixed a WorkshopData vehicle lookup issue for companies registered in Northern Ireland.
  • Corrected an issue where a customer's public booking link was being superseded when they upgraded to a Gold or Platinum subscription.
  • Resolved an issue where logging in to a trial account could fail for certain users due to a regression introduced in a previous release.
  • Fixed an issue where the printed version of an invoice PDF could display mismatching information after the invoice had been edited.
  • Corrected an issue causing the on-hand quantity for serialised products to become out of sync in certain scenarios.
  • Adjusted the Customer Portal session timeout behaviour so users are now redirected to the Customer Portal login page instead of the Workshop login page.
  • Fixed an issue where inspection item status flags were not being properly cleared when changing an item's status from red or yellow to green.
