New Feature

• Introduced a new price matrix type, 'Markup (Cost Tier)'. Set up cost bands (for example $0.01–$10.00 at 150% and $10.01–$30.00 at 50%), each with its own markup %, and assign the matrix to a customer through their Price Type. Products added to that customer’s invoices, quotes and bookings are then priced from their Cost using the matching band, while labour and products outside every band keep their normal Retail Price. Bands are checked for overlaps as you save, and the matrix can be sent to other branches. Available on Gold and Platinum plans with Price Matrix enabled.
• Newly created price matrices now appear in the customer Price Type dropdown straight away.

Updates

• Backend performance upgrade to improved the save speed for invoices, supplier invoices, purchase orders and bookings with a large number of lines, so documents with several hundred lines now save in seconds.
• Adjusted the Transaction Centre Orders tab so the Attached Job Card column only shows a link when there is a job card to open.

• Updated the Email Log report so payment request emails now show the customer’s name and the invoice number.
• Customer Source codes can now be saved up to the full 30-character limit.
• Improved the Customer and Supplier list pages so invalid phone and mobile numbers are clearly highlighted in red.
• Verified email domains now remain verified when the Company Profile is saved.

• Made 35 additional vehicle body types available to select, including Speed Boat, Tail Gate Loader and Kids Bicycle, across the app, the mobile app and online booking, as well as amended display names for various regions for specific types. 
• The MOT renewal date (UK) on the vehicle screen now refreshes as soon as the MOT history window is closed.
• Improved DVLA lookup messages (UK) so the reason a lookup was unsuccessful is shown, such as a registration that isn’t recognised.

• The loan car availability icon now shows on the Booking Diary month view whichever way the Show All Shops For Month setting is set.
• Job Status now displays on Vehicle History, and the Simplified Booking Diary tab shows a status for every job, including Inspection In Progress and Waiting For User Approval.

• Improved how browser tabs left open after signing out handle live updates. They now pause quietly and reconnect automatically once you sign back in.
