Updates:
- Fixed an issue where adding notes to a Job Card and leaving without saving did not trigger the usual unsaved changes warning. Job Card and Invoice notes are now covered by the same warning as other fields.
- Corrected an issue where the unit price for vehicle sales was not appearing on customer invoices when the "Price Includes Tax" setting was enabled. Unit prices for vehicle sales will now display correctly on customer invoices regardless of this setting.
- Resolved an intermittent issue where some customer payments made through Workshop Pay were not automatically syncing to Xero. These payments will now sync to Xero without requiring a manual sync.
- Adjusted the Xero integration so that rounding amounts on vendor invoices and credits are sent to the rounding account selected in your integration settings, rather than the incorrect account.
- Implemented an underlying technical clean-up of company contact records to improve data consistency across the system.
- Fixed an issue where converting a quote to a booking did not immediately assign a booking number. Booking Acknowledgement and Reminder messages will now send as expected as soon as a quote is converted into a booking.
- Corrected an issue that prevented a loan car booking from being deleted once the associated customer had already been deleted. Loan car bookings can now be removed successfully in this situation.
- Updated Two-Way SMS so the daily sending limit has increased from 500 to 3,000 messages, with no daily limit applied for Two-Way SMS customers using a dedicated number. Also resolved an issue that could cause errors during SMS set-up for new sub-accounts.
