Release Notes 30/06/2026
Updates:
- Resolved a discrepancy where credit note freight was being inflated when synced to Xero for workshops using GST-inclusive pricing. Freight amounts on credit notes will now sync correctly to Xero, matching what was entered in Workshop Software.
- Applied a path on Two-Way SMS where incoming messages from certain phone number formats were displaying as "Unknown Number" rather than being matched to the correct customer. Inbound messages will now correctly identify customers regardless of how their phone number was stored.
- Corrected an issue where the Job Card number was disappearing from stock orders after being placed through the NAPA ProLink integration. Job Card numbers will now remain correctly attached to orders throughout the ordering process.
- Updated the Xero integration so that multi-branch workshops are correctly connected to their intended Xero organisation during authorisation. Previously, selecting a Xero organisation could result in the accounts from a different organisation being displayed.
- Fixed an issue where newly created UK trial accounts were reverting to a US/Canada timezone after completing the initial setup. Time zone settings selected during account setup will now be retained correctly.
- Improved the province/state dropdown for South African accounts to remove duplicate entries. Each of the nine South African provinces now appears only once, and any existing records have been automatically updated to use the correct codes.
- Enhanced the Vehicle Visuals experience so that animations now open in a popup within Workshop Software rather than launching a new browser tab. This applies across the Catalogue, Search, and invoice attachments.
- Implemented an underlying technical upgrade to the Product List page to improve performance and consistency across the application.
